Stonewake may receive information you voluntarily provide, including your name or username, email address, beta application answers, support messages, product feedback, and other correspondence. Beta application information is used to select testers, provide access instructions, and communicate about the test.

Only Sets

Website information

This website and its hosting providers may process limited technical information such as request timing, browser type, IP address, and security logs needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

Feedback and beta applications

Feedback and beta applications may include your message, optional follow-up email, device details, training background, feedback category, app version, Android version, and other information you choose to provide. This information is used for tester selection, support, bug investigation, and product planning.

Service providers and disclosure

Stonewake may use service providers for hosting, database storage, error diagnostics, updates, and related infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or secure Stonewake systems. Stonewake does not permit service providers to use submitted information for their own advertising.

Retention

Beta applications, feedback, support correspondence, and website operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for testing, support, security, legal obligations, or product planning, then deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information reasonably associated with your email address by contacting privacy@stonewakesoftware.com. Anonymous or de-identified records may not be identifiable for an individual request.

Children

The current Only Sets closed beta is limited to adults age 18 or older. Stonewake does not knowingly solicit beta applications from children.

Security

Stonewake uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Stonewake products and services change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
