Acceptance

By using this website or participating in a Stonewake beta test, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or beta software.

Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Product descriptions, availability, features, testing schedules, and pricing plans may change as products develop.

Beta software

Beta software is unfinished and may contain errors, lose locally stored information, change without notice, or become temporarily unavailable. Beta access may be limited, suspended, or ended at Stonewake’s discretion. Testers should not distribute private installation files or tester access links.

No compensation or review requirement

Unless Stonewake agrees otherwise in writing, beta participation is voluntary and unpaid. Testers are not required to leave a public review, provide positive feedback, or promote a Stonewake product.

Fitness disclaimer

Only Sets is a recordkeeping and planning tool, not medical, physical-therapy, or professional training advice. You are responsible for choosing exercises, loads, and training methods appropriate for your health and experience. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical help when appropriate.

Feedback

You retain ownership of original feedback you provide. By submitting feedback, you grant Stonewake a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, evaluate, and incorporate that feedback into its products and operations without an obligation to compensate you.

Intellectual property

Stonewake names, logos, site design, original text, software, and related materials are owned by Stonewake Software LLC or used with permission. These terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Stonewake software except as allowed by law or an applicable open-source license.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, abuse tester invitations, or use Stonewake systems to violate law or the rights of others.

No warranties

The website and beta software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Stonewake does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stonewake Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or beta software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

Stonewake may update these terms as products and testing programs change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Stonewake may end access when these terms are violated or when a test concludes.
